The Wisconsin Public Service Commission requires residential meters to be replaced every 20 years to maintain the accuracy of these meters along with the sending unit that transmits the signal to our meter reading device.
If you received a letter regarding your water meter replacement, simply complete the form below with the date and time that works best for you to allow a Town of Algoma Water Utility Operator into your basement. The appointment should only take about 10-15 minutes. You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is scheduled and a reminder email the day before.
Appointment requests are available in 30-minute intervals Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We are closed all major holidays.
